Challenge

As Head of Business and Communications at Adfoldam, the CEO’s task was to raise standards in digitizing the business and stremlining the communication across the organnisation.

“Our aim was to be able to work everywhere and anywhere. We need our digital resource to be available to all workers regardless of location and time. Removing the limitation of access to information based on location.”

Solution

The IT Team realized early on that Adfoldam is a company that wants to set the pace, not just keep up with it. They didn’t just want a foundation to their IT and digital infrastructure, they also wanted to train their staff to be up-to-date and current in their knowledge and skills, about the resources and IT trends.

To get Vodafone started, Our IT team began by carefully designing a robust ITinfrastructure plan that leveraged on the exsisting resource. This is to ensure that work is not affected and project cost is minimised. We the decided the qualified team members who were able to implement the job to the professional degree that is accepted.

This led to the full migration of resources from physical onsite to the cloud. Allowing staff to access mails and documents from cloud modules, from both Internal and external locations.

Results

The launch of the cloud infrastructure was successfully supported by the team, as resources were more accessible, which made their work easier.

We were able to stremline all web and mail components into one central cloud station. This didnt only make the resource cheaper but accessible for the company, while increasing productivity.  Till date, we continue to work with Adfoldam to help with all cloud and online related resource consultancy and support, and help the company realize their full digital potential.
